Agile Inc handles the processing of personal data, which are understood as data that allow to identify or make identifiable a natural person.

By collecting your personal data, such as: name, address, CPF, telephone and email, Agile Inc, aims to identify you for your registration as a client in events, courses, trainings and webinars, on the website and to third parties. Data is collected through the website, Sympla platform, Kajabi and WhatsApp.
Operational cookies are used so that you can be identified for purposes of providing an educational service or legitimate interest in your participation in AgileInc events and courses or for information in the contract for the provision of consulting services with its clients.
In addition to providing such services, personal data from employees, suppliers and contractors are collected. The processing of these data is regulated in specific documents.
When applying for a job at AgileInc, certain Personal Data may be collected via an employment site such as LinkedIn; the data collected is classified as contact data (name, postal address, email and mobile number), employment history and curriculum vitae).
What is the purpose of collecting and processing personal data?
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out for legitimate, explicit and specific purposes. Most personal information is provided directly by the holders, for one of the following reasons:
• Get in touch while offering our services;
• For safe navigation on our websites;
• To better target the contents of our websites;
• In order for us to perform our services, receive and make payments and provide assistance; or
• To perform regular activities with users of services offered by AgileInc.

How is the security of personal data guaranteed?
